What are your business hours?

We are open Monday-Friday from 8am-6pm. On Saturday, we are open 8am-5pm. We are closed on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we are licensed and insured to operate in the state of Texas. We will provide proof of insurance upon request.

How fast can you remove junk in my area?

We do our best to offer same day or next day service. We also can schedule further in advance.

How much does junk removal cost?

Our base pricing for bulk loads is based on how much fills up our trailer (and truck). Per trip, base pricing ranges from $75 to $575. Other fees may be applicable such as weight, additional labor or upstairs removal. We can offer a free estimate via email or text or on-site estimate in person.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, there are 2 options. Anyone can save $20 on 1/3 bulk loads by booking online. We also offer 10% off for military(active or retired), first responders and teachers. Both discounts cannot be combined.

What items will you not take?

We will not take chemicals, hazardous waste or materials, paint, rocks, concrete, stone, or dirt. We also do not take junk cars.

Do you recycle or donate any items you take?

Yes, items in good condition such as furniture, clothing, household items, books, small appliances etc. will be donated. However, there is no guarantee they will be accepted. Non-functioning appliances, e-waste and any other recyclable items will be taken to recycling centers.
